It was so much fun but you never forgot why you were there. RESCUE! I was one of the ones that woke up with T at 5am and it was worth every none glass of wine i didn't drink the night before so i was in top shape for the race! If you go to the site and check out the shop section they have beautiful candles, great t's and dog toys that all give back to the Rescue Train. I was there and it was an awesome event! She had really smart advice about how to find a home, the kind of signs to look for in responsible (or not) potential new owner, where I might be able to place ads etc. She was a wealth of knowledge and really supportive. Of course, we ended up keeping him ourselves... When I found a puppy sitting on the road in the rain, I contacted Lisa and she couldn’t have been more helpful!
