Etsy 4 for Friday – Gearing up for the Holidays
As I lamented in last weeks 4 for Friday Etsy feature, I’m not quite ready to start my holiday shopping; it’s still to early to decide upon specific gifts for people. However, I am starting to get some general ideas of what I need and should be stocking up on now, to be prepared for the gift-giving season.
Today, we’re taking a look at some Etsy offerings for those little details that make the season so special. Instead of relying on big box stores or the local drug store for boxes, cards, gift-wrap and other trimmings; find beautiful and unique ways to add those finishing touches with the magic of Etsy!

Those little gift bags are so cute!!! That whole etsy shop has amazingly cute stuff. Same with those boxes..so cute. and just as pretty and sassy as wrapping up a gift on your own!
Okay, so I was watching an episode of “The Golden Girls” the other day and it was Rose’s birthday and Dorothy gave her a gift where the top and bottom of the box had been separately gift wrapped and I was like, “Who does that?” and lo and behold, I can find such magical things on Etsy. That is just awesome.
I’m crazy for the Christmas candy boxes! I really heart this season.. and a box of candy in one of these would make such a loving statement to anyone it’s given..
I like the boxes. Both are super pretty.
