Here at we heart this, we love a good bag. And have we got a cute one to share with you on this Green Monday!
I’ve drilled it into to my head that when I’m going to the supermarket, I grab my reusable bags. I get to use all my cute totes, I cut down on my plastic bag usage, it’s a win-win. But somehow, remembering to bring at least one on non-grocery shopping trips always escapes me. Honestly, I could wallpaper a room with the Sephora bags I’ve accumulated. I do not need another! I think I’ve finally found the answer.
This adorable Tote bag from Nordstrom is only $22 and folds down into a small pouch that I can keep in my purse at all times. So I’ll always be ready whenever the shopping bug bites. It comes in green, yellow and grey. And at 15 inches wide, it’s big enough to fit quite a lot in it. Best of all, it’s made from recycled plastic water bottles, so I’m being double green! But I won’t tell if the main reason you buy it is because it’s so darn cute…

I absolutely love that bag!! I’m a little obsessed with shopping bags, and it’s hard to find them so stylish. I’ve been toting around several Ikea versions for awhile now.
I keep my folded up grocery tote in my car door. I find that when I forget my many Whole Food totes, my loyal pink folded bag is always there in a pinch!
The Nordstrom version may have to take up residence in my car door as well!

And I totally agree with you–I am so good about hauling my bags to the grocery store, but I seem to forget them when I’m out and about at CVS, Target, etc. If I’m at the drugstore picking up just a few things, it’s easy enough to just pop them in my regular purse and skip the plastic bag, but not so easy when I’ve got lotions, shampoos, etc. that I’m trying to cram into my already-overflowing purse. This is a fantastic solution and it’s so cute I can see myself using it as my regular purse as well. Ooops, I guess that means I need to buy two. lol.
I was terrible at remembering a reusable bag for casual shopping until I found one that came in a little pouch that could be thrown into my purse. They are so convenient!! My bags are cute. But this one is beyond awesome. I love it so much!! Why is there no Nordstrom close by? Pam, you are so lucky to be near everything!!
That is a super cute tote! I have 2 little bags that zip up into pouches that I keep in my bag but they’re pretty utilitarian, I’m almost a little embarrassed about using them. Not to mention, I’m not sure how they were made (they were gifts from work). This bag is pretty great for your green karma! Good find :)

That tote is darling. I’ve been drawn to things with trees or leaves on them lately. I blame Spring. I’m going to have to check it out in person!
I ordered one last night! I can’t wait to get it! I’m assuming the material for the actual bag is a nylon with the straps being a more sturdy fabric. I also have a nordstorm right near me but i never get a chance to get over there so i did it online. They have two other colors but i got the grey that shown. I’ll let you know what i think when i get it!
