Answer: That’s an easy one! The loveliness shown here, Benefit Watt’s Up The Lipstick League week of 4.23.12 ($30), something I’ve been meaning to share for ages.

It’s got a silky smooth cream to powder finish in a shimmering nude hue…

…with a sponge dabber on the other end (oh, how I love me a dabber).

I’m so pale that most bronzers don’t work for me. For highlighters I have my favorite “everyday” which is Physician’s Formula Happy Mood Booster Glow Powder. My more dramatic highlighters would be MAC Skinfinishes in Northern Lights and Shimpagne.

@lucylemonade – Bronzers don’t usually don’t work that well with my pale skin either. But highlighters are an excellent option. I will have to give your suggestions a try. And the lighter application of Benefit’s Watts Up looks to be pretty nice too. Thanks for showing us the “light” and the “dark” side @stef!!

This looks gorg! Ever since I tried Mac skin finishes, I can’t think of any other highlighter to use, though. In the past I have really over Benefit’s Moon Glow. Studio Gear makes my favorite bronzer of the moment…super blendable.

I have a variety of bronzers and a couple highlighters. I have to be honest. This is one category that I have difficulty really falling in love and having an exclusive relationship with just one or even two products.

I am a big Benefit fan. I am going to have to check this out next time I am out and about. It is beautiful.

At the moment, my favorite highlighter is Milani’s (the one recently reviewed, with the mosaic rose pattern). I’ve tried some of the MAC Mineralize ones but they tend to be too sparkly. The new Milani ones are gorgeous and subtle. I’ve been wearing it almost every day!

My latest favorite bronzer is Bobbi Brown’s Illuminating Bronzing Powder. It’s AWESOME.. Super sheer but has micropearls so it goes on like butter and looks so natural. I don’t even need to put a blush on over it.. dig it in Aruba, and am tempted to get it in Maui – pink coral bronze but it’s nowhere to be found at the moment.
