LMdBnecklace The Lipstick League – week of 12.17.12

LMdBnecklace2 The Lipstick League – week of 12.17.12If you by chance find yourself still having to buy a few last minutes gifts (hands go up) and have a spare $4500 (hands go down), there is NO more of a luxurious splurge than this beaute from Le Metier de Beaute.

It’s a necklace curated by Neiman Marcus Fashion Director Ken Downing and designed by LMdB, dubbed Pampille de Seduction. You can see the beauty of the 24-karat gold plated chain and 18 rare, hand-cut carnelian stones, but what you don’t see is perhaps the best part. Equipped with hidden “fragrance chambers” and three accompanying resin scent beads in sweet Gardénia, spicy Orchidé and exotic Ambre, that you insert and wear on their own or in combination. It’s a fragranced necklace, y’all!

This is serious limited-edition couture, only 50 in existence. And if you want to buy me one I wouldn’t be mad at you (everyone walks away).

I tend to wear way more red lipstick and I usually do my nails in various shades of red and green…the hubby judges me a little bit when I do my toenails green, though. He says it creeps him out a bit. I say it’s “festive”.
