I need some work to perfect this. But when I do, this is going to be one gorgeous red and gold gradient manicure! Anyone have some gradient tips they’d like to share?

Love this! I don’t know if it needs perfecting but I think just make sure ou have a good top coat on to prevent grittiness – like Sally Hansen “Gelous”. I also do better gradients with glitter polish because I have more control.
Yep, I’m going to try this again with polish instead of loose.
I love the look of glitter powder. However, I would have to get some professional assistance to achieve the flawless look like @stef has achieved.
Seriously @hao9703 – I wish I had @Stef‘s nail painting skills!

That is a great tutorial, she makes it look so simple. I think glitter polish is WAY easy than loose glitter, it’s too hard to control. But even when it doesn’t work quite right – you still get glittery nails. So, not so bad!

I like the touch of glitter on this Polish Porn entry, but I love really love the red MAC lacquer! Your nails remind me of those mini cinnamon heart shaped candies you see around Valentine’s Day – yum. Wearing it, I’d be so tempted to bite my nails – or go buy some candy.
