My go to favorite lunch is diced fuji apples, walnuts and some gorgonola. I will add a pomegrante is they are in season. It is filling, quick and healthy.

I am striving to eat very little processed foods. I am outraged by the amount of sodium and sugar in processed foods.

I am always looking for a new and exciting recipe that is healthy.

Shoes that look cute but, hurt my feet. Anything that is in fashion that is in but, does not look good on my body type.

If I am in a hurry I do not blow out my thick hair. I just throw it up in a pony. Right now I am not into anything SUPER high maintance.

I NEVER SKIMP on skincare. I am always onthe hunt for the next best thing. (That is why we read these blogs isn’t it?)

I am totally in love with aloe vera and coconut oil for a variety of uses.

I am too modest to talk about my biggest splurge.

But, I love bargains. There is no HIGH like a good deal. I have gotten so many good deals I cannot even account for them all. This accounts for some serious sticker shock when I have to pay full retail. But, some items are worth it!

I save all of my hotel samples (shampoo, conditioner and lotion) for the homeless. I also earmark all of my warm clothes for the same cause when I am tired of them. Anytime, I ever see someone struggling whether it is because they are old, disabled I always offer to help or give them an extra hand. I think this is common courtesy. I always say please and thank you. I am about paying it forward and random acts of kindness.

I sell textbooks to schools. Ironically, I do not have much time for leisure reading. However, when I do I like a good mindless escape from the daily stress.

TV is an escape for me! I like diverse shows such as Gold Rush, Flipping Out, 60 minutes, Grimm and Fringe.

It may sound wierd but, I love the Godfather series! There are so many things saying from that movie that resonate with me.
