Personally, I think Rachael Ray and Sandra Lee are friggin’ geniuses for pulling off 20/30 minute meals. I’ve tried their recipes and found that if I had a kitchen prep staff that cut up everything during the commercial breaks AND a gas stove, I could probably pull off a 20-30 minute meal too!!!!

I do like Rachael Ray’s Vodka Penne Pasta meal. I add chicken strips (Perdue pre-mades) to it and voila…she is done!!!

Any fashion trend that comes down the pike. I’ll take classics ANY day. I had shoulder pads, capris and tunics from the 80s. I look back at those pics and wonder what in the HELL I was thinking!!!

Concealer. I have the darkest, brownest under-eye circles known to man. Seriously. I need concealor to bring it down to my normal pasty-white shade.

$90 snow boots from Cabela’s. I was tired of the worlds ugliest pair of snow boots that I had previously – a pair that I had to buy on lunch break when I worked at Boscov’s Dept Store in their accounting department. So…now I am the proud owner of the second ugliest pair of snow boots in the world.

I recycle because I want the world to be a better place for my son.

I donate to the zoo because I want animals to be there when my son has children.

I spread awareness on pancreatic cancer because I don’t want anyone else to lose their father like I did.

I haven’t read a good book in years and years and years. I guess, In Her Shoes was the last one I really read. Now it’s Froggy Has A Sleepover, Disney Books, and Transformers.

My old personal favorite was probably anything by Judy Bloom…Are You There God, It’s Me, Margaret? springs to mind.

Fleetwood Mac, Chicago, Disturbed, I’m all over the place like the bipolar lunatic that I am!!!

Usually reality TV. I’m currently hooked on the whole Rock of Love series and Confessions of a Teen Idol. Chris Atkins is still hot, wrinkles and all!!!

Too many to list. I’m a real movie-phile. I like classics – black and whites mostly – with Humphrey Bogart or Audrey Hepburn. OH – The Little Princess with Shirley Temple. Many, many more.

The basement. It’s got a cottagey feel with the plaid furniture and the pine wainscotting.
