My go-to meal is garbanzo bean tacos: 1 can garbanzos, 1 packet taco seasoning and cook as you would ground meat (cook the beans a little, add the packet and water, let simmer). Spoon onto corn tortillas and add cheese, cilantro, diced onion and sour cream. YUM.
