While I know the time during a woman’s pregnancy is very special, the holiday season must be especially hard on them. Sure, they have baby’s first Christmas to look forward to – but that’s in another 12 months – this year, many moms-to-be (and many new Moms) face a holiday season where they can’t eat all that seasonal yumminess (due to all-day ‘morning’ sickness), can’t drink those once a year only, alcoholic punches or join in the NYE champagne toast (baby on board!) And if you think the season is stressful on you – imagine navigating it while your body is working overtime and your hormones are going haywire as you, you know, create a life.

So if there is a Mom-to-be or New Mom on your Xmas list, treat her to some little luxuries from Belly Buttons & Babies that she’ll actually be able to enjoy right now!

This little company that could creates all natural, pure organic products for baby, moms-to-be, new moms – or anyone that needs some tender, loving care. With a philosophy “to provide the safest pregnancy and baby body and skin care products for mothers, babies and children that also contribute to a greener planet,” In keeping with Belly Buttons & Babies philosophy of celebrating the beauty of pregnancy and motherhood, we offer a few gift suggestions for the mom(s) on your list:

Although neither Stef or I are parents, we (and the wht team) have taken a thorough look at this indie, good for you company, and we’re big fans of their stocking stuffer worthy products like the Lavender Chamomile Baby Body Wash/Shampoo, as seen in the Baby Gift Set. This gentle, foaming wash has a no-tear formula and is a customer favorite. ($16.60) And the Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30, a high SPF, no irritation lotion that’s gentle enough for even baby’s delicate skin! 1. I would had loved the new mom survival kit when I was a new mom. Keeping this site bookmarked when I need a baby gift in the future. This looks like the perfect gift!

  2. Ack, you’re killing me @Tyna ! I’m going to become a Mum soon, but not until February at the earliest. (My husband and I are getting our foster care license.) Nonetheless, I’ve been going crazy looking at kids stuff- books, presents and the like. It’s silly, I could be getting a teenager for all I know, but I’m still doing it.

In any case, I love Belly Buttons & Babies. Who says you need to be a mother to want the Calming Massage Lotion? I bought some for a friend once and promptly wanted to keep it for myself!

  3. Your opening paragraph sounds like the exact conversation I had with my newly pregnant friend today! Thanks for the ideas – I’m going to look into the pulse points kit for her, as she is having some terrible all-day morning sickness…and is a massage therapist, so can probably appreciate the gift even more ~ thanks @tyna!

  4. I only have nieces and nephews.. but I love Belly Buttons & Babies! My little ones would love this line.. I’m turning their Mommies onto this line! Awesome..

  5. Love the new Pulse Points set (and the vision of a Mom-to-be clinking them together instead of champagne glasses!) I bet they smell fabulous too.

    Such a cute line!

  6. These fabulous gifts will be perfect for my friends with new babies!! Yay!!

  7. The Pulse Point Survival Kit sounds awesome! I wish I had known about this when my sis was pregnant! Making a mental note to keep this as the go to gift for future showers.
