I wanted to share with you a couple of new Nutrisystem items that have quickly become two of my favorites. They’re typically unhealthy things given a healthy twist – pizza and cookies!
Shown above is the Roasted Vegetable Pizza. A game changer for me, as even though they have a few pizzas to choose from, I wasn’t crazy about any of them. Until now! This is a lunch entree. It’s a 6 inch thin crust with reduced fat herb mozzarella and fire roasted vegetables. I add a salad and I’ve got a great meal. Ah pizza, I’ve missed you!
And these are the Chocolate Sandwich Cookies. These taste exactly like the famous cookie they look like. I think the trick here is that you only get three of them to eat. Versus sitting down in front of the TV with a whole 18 oz package. Not that I ever did that…ahem.

End weight: 178 lbs
Oh how I love reporting losses! I’ve been on the plan for four months and I’ve averaged a loss of a pound a week. Do I wish I’d lost more so far? Of course I do. But I also know that a slow and steady weight loss is more likely to stay off. Above all, I am incredibly proud of my accomplishment. And, absolutely honored to have your support week after week. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. I’ve got three more months on the program and have fun stuff in store for future posts. I hope you’ll continue to join me on my journey to a 40lb. weight loss.
