If I hadn’t known before, I know now – I really love being on Nutrisystem. After a 10 day holiday and subsequent six lb. gain, all it took was getting back on the plan and I am instantly on track. No wondering about what to eat, or portion sizes. Follow their plan, eat their food and you will lose weight.

Week twenty six loss: 4 lb
Weight loss so far: 19 lbs
End weight: 176 lbs
I was optimistic when I read Melissa’s comment in last week’s post where I reported my vacation gain: “If you’ve been eating a lot of restaurant food (which is notoriously salty), chances are a lot of that gain is just water weight anyway. You’ll be back on track in no time!”
Well, there may have been so truth to that, as four lbs. disappeared like magic. But more so, I credit (and thank) Nutrisystem. So 20 lb. bear…you WILL see me next week!
