Ah, if only we could all master that JLo glow…the elusive ‘lit from within’ look that very few people are able to achieve. Looking for a just back from vacation glow? That pregnancy glow? Well, thanks to Bliss, we no longer have to jet off to St. Barthelemy or get knocked up to get that healthy, radiant skin. It now comes in a jar! Bliss Triple Oxygen ex-‘glow’-sion Moisture Cream ($64) has arrived and it delivers.
Ex-‘glow’-sion gives a big serving of moisture and radiance to lackluster, tired skin. Great for the night-time routine or when skin seems dull and sluggish, the oxygen and micro-algae give the skin an instant shot of healthy.
The packaging is chic and feels expensive. The outer white box is sturdy and simple. A heavy, creamy pink jar houses the cream. The oxygen in the cream makes it appear whipped and light, yet it feels decadent and thick. In fact, at first glance I thought it was a body cream. The feel on the skin is weightless and sinks right in. There are small visible granules, Vitamin E beads, within the pink cream which melt upon contact with the skin.
A trifecta of glow-inducing ingredients work together to deliver a radiance boost:
Micro-Algae – Supports natural cell turnover and vitality
Vitamin E Beads – An antioxidant that bursts on contact with the skin, neutralizes free radicals that damage collagen and cause skin dryness
Triple Oxygen and Vitamin C – Supports natural cell respiration and collagen synthesis
The Bliss Triple Oxygen Ex-‘glow’-sion Cream absorbs quickly and does not leave any kind of greasy film. After a beachy summer, my skin drank in the cream and felt hydrated with no oily residue. I have not experienced any breakouts while using the cream, although my skin is susceptible to flare ups with a new moisturizing cream.
Most exciting of all, this cream leaves a subtle glow on the skin that seems like it comes from within. I enjoy the decadence of the texture of the cream and the feel is just as satisfying. I would also enjoy a corresponding eye cream. Watch out JLo! We have found your secret to your glow, and it’s called Bliss Ex-‘glow’-sion moisture cream.
