You know that feeling when you used to walk into a toy store as a kid and your eyes glossed over at the sight of rows and rows of toys, and you were overwhelmed with excitement? That’s how I feel when I walk into Ulta as an adult. (Especially during the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty Sale!) Aisles and aisles of gorgeous products.
Makeup for everyday…
EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER WANT!
So, it’s not shocking that I keep a running list (or cart) of “must-haves,” because like the kid in the toy store, I want it all.
And while I have currently bought over half of the things I want, there are so many MORE items I want and new things are being added every day.
Maybe I should just get a job there for the employee discount? Although I would probably spend more than I make. #makeupaholic
And how fitting that we’re talking Ulta while their 21 Days of Beauty event is going on. (now through April 7, 2018). Shop now, you’ll never know what deal you can find.
Here are a few of the things that I have in my cart right now…
Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Chamomile and Lavender
What: I’ve previously talked about the rose facial spray, and it is AMAZING. This brand-new addition to their cult-following spray line up isn’t just a life changing, makeup perfecting, skin brightening addition to your morning routine. It makes your skin feel smooth and oh-so moisturized.
Where to Buy: Ulta ($7)
LORAC PRO Palette 3
What: With eight shimmer and eight matte neutral eyeshadow shades ranging from light to dark, I predict the LORAC Pro Palatte 3 is becoming my everyday palette as soon as I get it.
Where to Buy: Ulta
Flower Beauty Mix and Matte Lip Duo
What: A gorgeous matte lipstick with a matching pearlized gloss makes this beautiful duo the next lip on my list. (Plus, Drew Barrymore! Hello!) Trying to remember to throw a lipstick AND a gloss in my purse is just too much of a commitment. This solves that.
Where to Buy: Ulta ($11)
Kenra Platinum Silkening Gloss
What: The main focus of my beauty ritual this year is hair and skincare. I used to keep my hair in a lob (Lob = Long Bob) because it’s so thin I thought that would be the best to make it look thick. Then I accidentally skipped six months of haircuts and it looked good long. So now I am trying to make it healthy and shiny, because I am LOVING having long hair! This light formula tames frizz, smooths ends and adds shine.
Where to Buy: Ulta ($22)
Essie Enchanted Gel Couture Collection
What: No lamp needed and you still get a salon quality manicure? Exactly what I am looking for! Not for my fingers (I get acrylics) but I am so NOT paying for gel on my toes. I love a pedicure, but I change my mind on colors way too often to commit to that! The pale pink Matter Of Fiction from the Essie Enchanted Gel Couture Collection is right up my alley.
Where to Buy: Ulta ($11)
While I lust over these and wait until I get a chance to buy them, do me a favor? Go buy one or two and let me know how much YOU love them! we heartsters tell me in the comments: What do you have in your Ulta cart? And what are you picking up during the 21 Days of Beauty sale?
skin tone: NW 15/10
