Red, White & Truly Cute Fashion, just in time for 4th of July
With Fourth of July right around the corner, and Labor Day soon to follow, I am stocking my closet for summer holidays. I am a black on black on black ninja 99.9% of the time with my fashion choices. But every holiday I spend a little on a festive get up, every so often choosing a piece that could last 10 years (see the boots below). Cue the Red, White And Blue sparklers!

Solid and Striped Louise Swimsuit
What: Our wish for you? That your 4th of July plans involve a swimsuit, and hopefully a boat. If so, how cute would you be in this tri-color, asymmetrical stunner?
Where to Buy: Shopbop ($158)
shop red, white & blue swimsuits
Tricolor Nautical Tote
What: You’ll get a lot of use out of this bag; from the beach, shopping, or just a day of wandering around town. Color-blocked and made of durable sailorcloth, it zips to keep purchases, wet suits or anything you gather on your summer journeys safe.
Where to Buy: eBags ($56)

Red, White and Blue Bandana Paisley Elastic Headwrap
What: Honestly, I stopped wearing headbands a long time ago (when I thought I was WAY too grown up). Recently I tied my hair up with a bandana when I couldn’t find even one of my approximately 98 hair ties, and I have to admit, I felt CUTE.
Where to Buy: Etsy ($14)

Monse Stars and Stripes Sweater in Ivory, Red and Navy
What: Now friends, I would never pay this for a sweater. But if someone sent it to me I wouldn’t be upset. (Kidding. Kind of.) But I just wanted for you to click and see what a gorgeous piece of clothing this is. Like, Fourth of July at the White House attire. Except I doubt they accept jeans…
Where to Buy: Forward by Elyse Walker ($579)

Twisted X Fringe Boots
What: These boots are advertised as “for the working woman,” but honestly the only place I will be working them is at this year’s 4th of July party. I’m a city girl, what can I say? *Insert shoulder shrug*
Where to Buy: Shoes.com ($142.50)
we heartsters, how are you celebrating this year? Do you go all out or just hang out? And do you dress in theme for holidays? I would love to hear in the comments!
