  1. I need my mascara to have longevity because I do not have a lot of time for reapplication. I want my mascara to enhance my long eye lashes and make them pop.

  2. I honestly cannot pick just one! I guess at the top of my list is non-irritating, but I won’t repurchase any mascara that flakes, smudges, or clumps. And it has to give me length and volume! There are so many good mascaras out there that not having any one of those qualities is a dealbreaker.

  3. I just want my mascara to not melt. I have oily lids, which seems to act as a makeup remover. After about 2 hours, I look like a rabid raccoon. Not a good look for me.
Bonus points if it curls my lashes. L’Oreal used to make a great mascara called Le Grand Curl–I loved it, so I think they discontinued it for that reason alone. Jerks.
