Attention Hair Care Aficionados: If you have hair that is coarse or limp, dry or frizzy, damaged, colored, curly or straight – or if you have naturally spectacular hair and you just want to add a little extra shine and luster to your locks, then we have found the serum for you, Inspired Shine & Repair Serum with Argan Oil from BE Beverly Hills.

If you are not familiar with Argan Oil, it is taking the beauty world by storm. It is called the “ancient miracle” and so rich in vitamin C and fatty acids that it’s been prized for centuries to help combat the dry and stressful desert conditions where it grows in Morocco. A few benefits of regular Argan Oil use includes improved elasticity and hair strength, higher moisture levels, generally smoother, shinier hair, a decrease in frizzies and flyaways, improvements in heat damaged hair AND this oil can actually speed drying time!

This “liquid gold” oil takes many hours to find, extract and process, as it is inside one of the toughest nuts to crack. In ancient times people actually waited for goats to climb the argan trees, eat the fruit, and then expel the pits with their waste! Luckily times change. The Argan Oil sold today by BE Beverly Hills is produced by a women’s cooperative that employs and shares its profits among the local women of the Berber tribe.

All right, now let’s talk about the Inspired Daily Shine & Repair Serum ($39.95).

Just apply a drop or two of this lightweight and clear oil evenly throughout clean, towel-dried hair. The product calls for two, but that was too much for my hair. A wide-tooth comb is helpful for getting the product through every strand, and the folks at BE even included a deep purple, cute and short comb for the job!

So does it work? I’ve been using Inspired pretty much every day for almost two months and I’ve never had such healthy looking hair! Plus it makes blow drying and detangling easier when used with wet hair (and I’m a terrible blow dryer – I cannot use a round brush – but this makes even my hair look stylish!)

Pros:
Instantly adds shine without being greasy or weighing down the hair.
Controls frizz and flyaways.
Adds volume and structure at the same time.
Makes blow-drying easier and faster!
Can be used with dry hair also – to smooth or refresh dirty hair.

Cons:
At $39.95 the price is getting up there.
You can use too much resulting in heavy, limp hair.

I think regular use of the Inspired Serum has actually made my hair healthier! I can’t wait to visit my stylist and get the report from the expert, but it’s looking softer, shinier and just plain old good!

If that’s not already endorsement enough for you, not only is it 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but you can also try it for free for 14 days. (You get a 60 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling. If you like it, they bill you $89.95 and enroll you in an auto fulfilment program, if not – you send it back). And don’t forget to check the comments, where the wht team will be chiming in with their thoughts.

Readers and testers – have you been Inspired by BE Beverly Hills Shine & Repair Serum?

60 day trial, for just the cost of shipping?! I can’t even begin to tell you how fast I went over to the BE website :P It was only $6.95 for shipping, but I hope it comes with a decent amount. I need help for my poor hair, and decreasing the drying time would be great too. I look forward to reporting back to wht soon!

Oh @turboterp – you are so right, the T&C is in an important bit! You only have 2 weeks to try it, and if you like it – you’re going to be billed $90! I’m adding this info into the post right now…thank for pointing it out.

You are an excellent sleuther, Melissa! I just read the fine print at the bottom of the webpage and didn’t notice any catches, so I thought it was just that easy and free, but I should’ve known better that nothing in life is every totally easy and free!

**According to the Terms and Conditions link, you have to not only sign up for a monthly-renewing auto pay program to get the free sample, but you have to cancel and return the product within two weeks to avoid a restocking fee.

DANG IT! I should have read the terms and conditions more carefully. I thought I’d looked, and just saw “60 day trial for 2 weeks” and kind of glossed over it.

I have a lot of thick, dry, coarse hair couple that with some frizzy and colored hair. Left alone it’s just horrible! Yeah, life pretty much has me either pulling my hair back in a ponytail or spending a good hour blowing out and straightening my hair. It used to look great when I was about 13 thru 30 then all of a sudden my hair changed to the above mentioned description.

Oh, it looks great after it’s tended to, and thanks to BE Beverly Hills Inspired Shine & Repair Serum with Argan Oil I’m feeling quite happy about its results. You don’t have to persuade me about the endless benefits of Argan Oil. It’s $39.95 price tag is not too steep at all for a product you are only using a couple drops of at a time. I’ve actually used the oil a couple of ways. After my shower while my hair was damp, I apply more like five or six drops to my hand and rub together-warming the oil up a bit. (remember I have a lot of hair!) It helps manage the flyaway’s when blow-drying and It really did come out well, lasting an extended period.

And I used it the day after I had my hair done at the salon. It really freshened up my locks- like newly blown out hair and that alone was worth it to me! I had a few compliments on my hair because of this product. My hair does appear healthier looking with this. You know I’m a happy camper when my hair looks shiny and healthy! Five stars, easy!

I gave this one 3 stars. I do think it makes my hair feel silkier and softer but I didn’t see as much shine as others have stated. BUT I do have very coarse hair so shine can be a hard thing to achieve. It does help with blow drying as well, I saw a difference when I didn’t use it. But the price is something that would keep me from purchasing it.

The biggest thing I notice with this product is the immediate shine it gives my hair – undoubtedly and every time, no matter if it’s freshly washed or 2-3 days into a wash. My hair is quite a bit darker now than in my picture, quite frizzy and a little coarse, but not terribly – maybe that’s why my shine results are more visible? I have been using this every day, whether it’s a hair wash day or not. It does definitely help the blow dry go quicker and more smoothly, as I stated in the article. What has become my favorite time to use it though, is the day or two after a wash. It is amazing how it can revamp a style – give your hair body, separate layers, and just look styled with minimal effort. They have a youtube link on the BE site of their model working it before your eyes in this way, and I’ve seen the same results with my own hair.

One thing left out of my review is the smell. Argan Oil has a nutty, kindof earthy smell that I’ve noticed in all the Argan products I’ve tried no matter the brand. BE adds a lavender, and I think I detect orangey scent, too. I mostly smell it just out of the bottle and don’t notice it at all after its dried. Some will like the smell, some won’t.

The pump on the bottle is great, too. It’s easy to control the amount you want – I only depress about 3/4 of the way and get the perfect amount of product.

I’m okay with the pricetag too, since I use such a small amount of it. It will last a LONG time. I will say at this point I’d definitely buy it again, with the length of time it’ll last and the excellent results I’ve seen. 5 stars!

I don’t have damaged or frizzy hair…It really is just very “Asian” haha. Very straight and just kinda hangs. Since my hair is really long and I’m lazy about getting it cut, my ends are of gross. I put in some of this serum and nicely enough, it doesn’t over pump which I HATE when it comes to pumps! This one is controllable for sure. I just take a little and comb it in, massage it around the ends and off I go to blow dry!

After drying, my hair looked super silky and shiny. Like how it is when you leave a hair salon. During the day, my hair felt so soft when I ran my hands through it. It was even a bit hard to braid my hair because it was so silky! This stuff is pretty awesome. I like that it has argan oil in it because I an an argan oil fan for face products too. This gets 5 stars from me!

I’m giving this 5 stars. I like to use it after I’ve showered, and I also really like it as a style re-fresher. I love that it’s an oil, but it doesn’t weight down my hair at all. I don’t heat style my hair very often anymore, but when I do I love how bouncy and soft my hair is, including when I flat ironed it. The main thing I use this for is mixed with other styling products, like styling cream, it helps tame fly aways, soften my hair, and adds lots of shine. I’ve also had a ton of luck using this between washings. I’m really impressed with how light this is, I was expecting it to make my hair look greasy the first time I used it on a no wash day. But it did just the opposite, made everything look fresh and bouncy, and didn’t weight down my curls. I don’t mind spending the money on it because a little goes a long way in my chin length hair. I haven’t noticed a scent at all, which was actually a little disappointing, since I read that it was suppose to smell like lavender. I’ve been thinking of getting a bottle as a gift for a young friend of mine who currently has purple hair, to help repair the damage from bleaching.

I gave BE Beverly Hills Inspired Shine & Repair Serum with Argan Oil 5 stars as well. I’ve been using similar serums for more years than I can count and this is one of the very best. Most serums that are supposed to add shine and take away frizzies and fly aways just weigh hair down or make it look oily. This product really delivers. There is no strange or heavy scent, my hair is never oily – even if I put to much on by accident, it is never weighed down and flat. I can’t really tell you how satisfied I am with this product. I don’t have a euphoria over it – I have a feeling of relief! Finally a product does what it says it will do in this category. I really had given up and was starting to put a tiny bit of coconut oil on my hair at night or in the morning. Nothing wrong with that but I had to be willing to smell like a coconut and there is a major chance I’d put too much on and get really oily hair.
So – now between my trusty dry shampoo and my Be – I may never wash my hair again. JK. But it does make it much easier to go a day or two longer in between washes! That means my style lasts longer and I save a ton of time in the morning and can sleep a few minutes longer. These are the things that matter in my world!
I didn’t really realize that Argan was supposed to be so good for hair – I was thinking my hair was getting so healthy because of the kale shakes. Probably is the Be oil!

Oh, I hate to break up the love but I wasn’t as impressed as the majority of you. Overall I thought the product was good. I use silicone based products on my hair every time I wash it. I love how they smooth the hair with just a small amount. This was no exception. It left my hair really silky. And I like the slight lavender scent. So, sounds like I like it, right? The problem for me falls in two places. 1. 40 bucks is WAY too expensive. I have cheaper products that have the identical first couple of ingredients that cost a third of that. 2. Argan oil is half way down the ingredient list (7 in a list of 14 I believe). And I guess I just question how much is really in there to warrant benefits. Or if it’s just using a “hot” ingredient in order to be able to use it’s name.

So overall, nice product – but I’ve used ones that are just as good that cost way less. And I’m doubting the effects of Argan oil when it’s listed so far down on the ingredient list. Sorry BE, I’m only going 2 stars.
