Oh Canada – how I love thee! While we’ve declared our love of all things British a few times, I’ve yet to share my devotion to that great country north of the border. Besides the fact that their fabulous flag always makes me think of pancakes (mmm… pancakes), every Canadian I have ever met has an instant place on my “nicest person ever” list. Not to mention that Canada gifted us with us the Greatest Sport of All Time – Hockey. Plus, I’ll never tire of using the word “a-boot” in place of “about”.

Now, we all have one more reason to adore the Great White North, for this land also brings us Foxy Originals. This incredibly stylish and totally affordable line of jewelry and accessories is full of bold, yet wearable pieces with a eclectic mixture of modern shapes, traditional finishes, bright colors and classic styles; basically, you’ll find something for everyone in this collection.

Founded by two great friends, Jen Kluger and Suzie Orol who met while in college at the University of Western Ontario, these two go-getter launched Foxy Originals while still in school (selling on campus, at fairs and festivals). They graduated in ’03 and never looked back! With their clean lines, affordable prices and spot on style, Foxy Originals was soon in the eye (and on the hands and necks) of trend setters everywhere, from stylish students to magazine editors to Hollywood stars. Make sure to check out the gallery of Famous Foxy Fans (like Lauren Conrad, Megan Fox and Krysten Ritter) and you’ll pick up some idea styling tips on wearing your fave Foxy pieces along the way.

The latest from Foxy Originals will have you feeling as if your life is a Cabaret! This collection is filled with “intricate designs, vibrant colors, and unique shapes” and has pieces ranging in style from chic and modern to completely glam, that can carry you day-to-day through to the big party season. From swinging tassels to gunmetal chains – my fave piece, the Bravo Necklace ($54) has a bit of both – the Cabaret collection feels indulgent yet classy – all rolled into one tasty drop – just like a nice glass of champagne.

My other two must have items include the gorgeous Dahlia Hair Tie (top image, bottom left) to add sparkle and style to updos and ponytails for special events. The petal shaped tie is available in gold and silver ($18). Rounding out the list is the two-in-one fun of the Lindy Necklace (top image, bottom right), with graphic pops of color and a leafy design that features the clusters from afar on the front of the pendent, with a zoomed in view on the reverse. I can see this as my go to piece from now until the New Year! Available in black, brown or blue ($34).

So we heart this chicks – are you ready to get Foxy?

  2. This jewelry looks so much more expensive then it really is, LOVE that! Love the enamel Lindy necklace, such a cute way to jazz up a simple outfit.

  3. These are ADORABLE! And a quick look at their website had me going, “Ooo. Ooo! OOO!!! I WANT THAT!” over several pieces. SO wearable and so fun, I love it!
And reversible pendants might be the best thing I’ve heard of in a long time…

  4. You’re welcome Erin @spitfire77 – this is a pretty new line to me as well and I’m loving every piece.

I love the multi layered look that’s “in” right now – but I have trouble building the layers – I love how the one piece multi-strand Bravo necklace does the thinking for you!
