Fall is here, and everything is changing. The leaves are shifting colors, the temperature is dropping, and if you’re anything like me, your skin is transforming too, though the result is nowhere near as pretty as an autumn landscape! Because colder weather, for most of us, means dry, rough skin.

But, there’s a new product that’s going to help with that: Aquaphor® Ointment Body Spray. And all of the reasons why you’re going to love it are right in the name: A brand with 90+ years of skin healing expertise in a formula that intensely moisturizes.

I recently put it to the test to see if this would be the product I’d be reaching for all season long. (Spoiler alert: oh, yes it will!)

I’m already a fan of Aquaphor®.There has been a jumbo size tub of their healing ointment in my bathroom for many years. So I was excited to try the new spray and it did not disappoint.

The formula itself is intensively moisturizing, and I’ll rave about that in a minute. But what I have to start with is how easy it is to apply, even on hard to reach places like your back or the back of your legs. This spray can is a marvel, spraying continuously and evenly at every angle (even upside down) without a clog in sight.

This is a one-handed operation until you’re ready to rub it in. Just shake the can, apply it 3 – 5 inches from the skin, and rub when you’re good to go. I like applying it to my whole body first, then rubbing all at once.

Back to the formula, it’s like “ahhhhh” in a can! Aquaphor® Ointment Body Spray immediately soothes and relieves dry, rough skin and keeps it that way all day. Seriously, all day. I couldn’t get over the radiant healthy glow my skin had. In California, we still have a few weeks left before we have to break out the tights for under our skirts. I fully plan to take advantage of my well moisturized legs before covering them up until spring.

The ointment is also hypoallergenic, preservative and fragrance free. I especially love that last point because it doesn’t compete with my perfume.

The cold may be coming, but adding the new Aquaphor® Ointment Body Spray to my must-have list is one change I don’t mind making!

  1. That was the first question I was going to ask, if it clogs! Happy to hear it doesn’t because this is a game changer for me, when I always seem to be on a time crunch, and often skip moisturizing because I’m in a hurry. I will be getting this for sure!!!
