I just had an oxygen facial, and my skin went from dull to radiant in under five minutes. This transformation did not require a visit to a dermatologist, although a doctor was involved.
Some might say, THE doctor: Dr. Fredric Brandt, the late, great, world-renowned dermatologist to the stars. Anyone who follows celebrity beauty news knows what a legend Dr. Brandt was. His untimely death last year was heartbreaking in so many ways.
The doctor’s 30 years of groundbreaking talent lives on in his products, and I can’t imagine a mask I’d love more than the Dr. Brandt Oxygen Facial Flash Recovery Mask ($70/1.4 oz).
I love facial masks in general, and buy them all the time, unable to resist their promises. Sometimes they deliver, but never like this! Named Best Mask in Shape Magazine’s 2015 Best of Beauty Awards, the Oxygen Facial Flash Recovery Mask is a celebrity favorite for a good reason. It works. And it works fast.
The science behind this “in-home flash oxygen & recovery mask” is intriguing. In clinical tests, 96% of subjects reported some kind of instant improvement, such as skin looking rested and/or radiant. After two weeks, 100% of subjects reported their skin was purified and felt supple and smooth.
I might be skeptical of these results if it weren’t for my own experience: I swear my skin looked dramatically better after the very first use. Glowing, smoother, younger! Here’s how it happened…
Just a thin layer of product applied quickly, without rubbing, to my clean, damp skin started the process. The mask transformed into a thick layer of bubbles. The sensation was funny; I could feel the tiny bubbles popping all over. After a few minutes, the bubbling ran its course, and it was time to rinse with warm water.
I patted dry, looked in the mirror and thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. My skin looked smooth and radiant, and my fine lines were significantly less obvious. I don’t know how this works, but it does work. The effect lasted all day, which, of course, made me want to use the mask again.
The Dr. Brandt company recommends using the mask two to three times a week—which is good from a budget standpoint– but I wish I could use it every day. The bubbles relax me, especially when I know they’re clarifying and oxygenating my skin.
Cruelty-free. No Parabens, Sulfates or Phthalates. One simple step designed to oxygenate and purify while protecting against environmental pollutants. Leaves skin looking well-rested and luminous.
Anybody want my mask collection? Dr. Brant’s Oxygen Facial Flash Recovery Mask is now my one and only.

Curse your enticing reviews! This looks so good and I’m going to have to try it. I’ve been using the Rose face mask by Fresh a lot this winter–it’s just very soothing and calming.
