AUTUMN COMES ALIVE WITH SENNA’S NEW RELEASE
There’s nothing I love more than when one of my favorite brands releases a collection for the new season. I appreciate collections because they put together a whole face look, with coordinating colors, and I don’t have to piece together looks on my own. It’s very rare, however, for me to like an entire collection and every product in it… that was until I saw the latest fall release from Senna Cosmetics.
Their latest collection, Senna Midnight Wine is one of the prettiest I’ve tested. With two new looks, Ravishing Ruby and Neo Copper, this lineup is sure to be a crowd pleaser, showcasing colors that are so universal, there’s something for everyone. Making use of berries and bronzes, and copper tones, it literally looks like autumn has come alive on your face!
The Sheer Face Color in Moonberry ($18.50, at left) is a pretty mauve plum with a slight shimmer that works with the entire collection. Packaged in a small compact, with Senna’s fun and flirty graphics, I was concerned such a small compact wouldn’t last very long, but I was wrong. One swipe on my brush completely covered both cheeks and lasted all day! Very impressive to see Senna’s products pack a big pigment punch.
The two Eye Colors, Coppertina and Cordovan, ($18 each) are warm, soft colors with an amazing glow. They can be used with smokier colors for a more powerful eye, or just the two for a delicate fall eye (which I have been wearing all week and LOVE).
Moonberry Face Color, Coppertina and Cordovan Eye Colors
Coppertina is a coppery peach shade that will warm up your eyes instantly. When layered with Cordovan, a bronzed wine (similar to but a shade darker than Coppertina) they look amazing!
I wasn’t expecting to see much of a contrast, but it was there, and these two were a complete hit in my book. Warm, fun, perfect for work, with just enough drama, I know I’ll be using them all season.
The two new Cream Lipsticks ($20), Beautiful Bronze and Ruby can be used with the eye and cheek colors to create two completely different looks. If you want a soft, shimmery nude, Beautiful Bronze is the way to go. (It’s actually very close to the Coppertina e/s, says Stef the swatcher.) Ruby is dark, more intense berry wine which will be a great holiday season look. You will love Senna’s lipstick formula too, ultra rich, creamy, and long-lasting.
Last but not least, (sigh) the, to die for, Lip Lacquers ($20).
Blush Wine – warm, shimmery rosy-pink with silver micro glitter
Mulberry – mauve berry
Leather – a cocoa brown with berry undertones
Beautiful Bronze and Ruby Cream Lipsticks; Blush Wine, Mulberry and Leather Lip Lacquers
I seriously don’t even know which one to tell you to buy because they are ALL knock outs! If I was forced to pick one Lip Lacquer, it would have to be Blush Wine, which is the most amazing soft, pink and wine shimmer… I am in LOVE with this gloss.

The Senna Lip Lacquers are some of the richest glosses I’ve used and will not disappoint. They add drama when applied on top of the lipsticks, but look great alone too.
Don’t wait ladies, the Senna Midnight Wine collection will wow you… the ENTIRE collection is fabulous! Senna has my vote for best fall collection I’ve seen thus far!

Seriously, these look FABBBBBBBULOUS! Whoa nelly, they are so my colors too. For years I’d use lip stick as eye and cheek color. That’s just old school and, why not?! I really really like what I’m seeing! Did I say, love the colors? Creamy and loaded with major flair!
Well hello there, Moonberry! Now get in my makeup bag.
Can’t say enough about this collection. I’ve been using it religiously for about a month and have gotten many compliments on the colors. They all look so pretty together and I am VERY impressed with the amount of pigment and staying power they all have. The lip lacquers are amazing and some of the best I’ve used…. LOVE them!
AHHHH! I love Senna lip gloss!! Not too sticky, but also lasts forever and the colors are super wearable for any skin tone.
It’s not often I say this, I usually only have one or two favorites; but I want EVERY SINGLE THING in this post. Especially Blush Wine. And Leather. And Ruby. And Moonberry.
GIMMEE.
This is the best revamp of 90s colors I have seen yet! (I mean that in a good way!)
I love the pigmentation on the glosses… looks great!
