Top Ten Tuesday: must-have products from the new fall collections

For me, fall means back to school (although I haven’t been in school in decades), a chill in the air, 10 pound fashion magazines and the thrill of fall beauty collections! There’s nothing better than cruising the counters checking out the latest and greatest from my favorite cosmetic brands. To help you make your list of necessities, we’ve asked the wht Team to share their must-have Top Ten products for Fall 2013. And once you’ve read ours, check out the other blog’s picks linked below!

1. NARS Guy Bourdin Crimes of Passion palette ($59) – Easy one! I don’t usually wish for palettes but…I want NARS Crimes of Passion kit so bad! With color names like Deep Throat and Jezebel and an extraordinarily deep, dark set of neutrals, NARS got me coming and going. (Launches October 15th) ~ Sherri

2. Bobbi Brown ‘Twilight Pink’ Lip & Eye Palette ($80) – This is the palette I am lusting over this fall. Neutral, flattering shades of eye shadows and lips and a good mirror, it’s perfect for travel. ~ Holly

3. Chanel Les 4 Ombres eye shadow quad in 43 Mystere ($59) – My #1 must have is Chanel’s Les 4 Ombres eye shadow quad in 43 Mystere. I’m always searching for a newer, better smoky eye, and Chanel’s shadows are pigment-rich and smooth as silk. I know this quad will worth the crazy price. ~ Melissa

4. Lipstick Queen Velvet Rope Lipstick ($50) – I am dying to try Lipstick Queen’s awesome new fall line of lipsticks, Velvet Rope. It is pretty pricey for me, but the ultra luxurious matte formula and delicious deep dark color looks to be well worth it. ~ Kellie

5. Guerlain Champs Elysees (Crazy Pearls) Meteorites Perles ($58) – I have been {thisclose} to buying Meteorites a dozen times, but always talk myself out of it because of the price. But I think the lure of Champs Elysees will finally make me take the expensive plunge. It’s just too pretty, and as magical looking as its namesake. ~ Stef

6. Urban Decay Vice 2 palette ($59) – I’m incredibly excited about the Urban Decay Vice 2 palette. I have several UD palettes and they’re always an amazing value, the packaging is fab, and there’s an entire rainbow of colors in each box! ~ Marilyn

7. Maybelline Dr. Rescue Baby Lips ($3.99) – I haven’t hauled anything from any recent major cosmetic lines but that doesn’t mean I don’t visit the drugstore! As the cooler weather approaches, I can’t stop grabbing for these moisturizing tinted balms that also have a light minty tingle. ~ Amanda

8. Bobbi Brown Bobbi and Katie Palette ($68) – I coveted this palette from Bobbi Brown more than anything. So I bought it! What’s the point of coveting if you can’t indulge every so often? This is a perfect travel palette. The shadows are gorgeous for everyday wear, but easily create drama for night, there’s 2 fantabulous pot rouges, and an eye pencil in the most gorgeous, long-wearing shade of chocolate ever. LOVE! ~ Krista

9. bareMinerals Power Neutrals collection READY 8.0 palette ($40) – I have been dreaming about this palette since wht reviewed it! I’m a neutral eye shadow girl and this eight color palette adds some flair to the standard browns found in most compacts. And at just 5 bucks a shadow it is a guilt-free splurge that will keep me (and my wallet) happy all fall. ~ Tyna

10. NARS Loves Los Angeles Palette ($75) – I’m smitten with the NARS loves LA set! A great representation of the REAL LA woman (not the ones you see on Bravo.) A perfect balance of natural and edgy. J’adore! ~ Heather
