I was just talking about this brand with a friend the other day about how IT Cosmetics just masters the basics. Like, they are killing it when it comes to those very simple, very effective products that you reach for every day. I’ve lately been crushing on two of their products that I use every, single day: IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Illumination ($24) and Lip Vitality 4-in-1 Reviver Lipstick Stain in Je Ne Sais Quoi.
I am approaching 40 at lightning speed and I’m starting to get some tenacious dark circles under my eyes. And when I say tenacious, I mean nothing I’ve tried has concealed those suckers. NOTHING. Stef will tell you that I collect blush and concealers, hoping to find the “best ever” and I’m calling it–the best under eye concealer is IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Illumination. End of story.
I know, you’re thinking that’s some big talk and I’m telling you, this under eye concealer is a big performer. This product is anti-aging and contains hydrolyzed collagen, peptides, hyaluronic acid and antioxidants, so it not only makes you look good, it’s good for you, too. I am fairer than fair and the Light shade is the color that works best for my skin tone. (That’s Stef’s skin shown in the swatches, not mine.)

The tiniest dab (warmed between your fingers so it smoothes out evenly) is all it takes to cover my dark circles under both eyes. Just pat a little around your eye area and set it with a little powder (use a brush to apply the powder for a flawless finish/no cakiness). The end result is no dark circles. Or, looking like you had the best sleep ever. I can’t even express how natural this looks once applied. You know how some under eye concealers are obvious looking? This looks like you’re wearing no under eye makeup at all–you just look like you’re genetically blessed and don’t have dark circles.
Seriously, y’all, this stuff is amazing! This wears all day on me, as long as I set it with powder. Without powder, I still get a solid 4 hours without creasing.

Another must-have by IT Cosmetics is their Lip Vitality Lipstick in Je Ne Sais Quoi/Your Perfect Pink ($24). This moisturizing, anti-aging lip balm/lipstick/lip gloss appears clear in the tube, but adjusts to your body chemistry to create a perfectly flattering pink for your skin tone.
And it’s chock full of vitamins and antioxidants, which is always a good thing. As I’m getting older, the color in my lips is fading and I require a hint of tint from my lip balms and this fits the bill nicely. It also leaves my lips feeling soft and moisturized. Even when I don’t feel like wearing a full face of makeup, this lipstick helps me look a little more polished–it really creates my perfect pink lip!

@krista — I am an IT Cosmetics fanatic!! This formulation of Bye Bye Under Eye is AWESOME!! If you tried the original Bye Bye Under Eye and wondered “is this one as good or better– the answer is YES”. This formulation adds a touch of light and I love it even more.
Je Ne Sais Quoi has been one of my favorite “go to” lip balms forever. It is that perfect color that goes with everything and also great treatment when your lips feel a bit dry.
IT Cosmetics really ROCKS ALL!! I have loved this line since day one! Good for them to have it available at Sephora! So, you all know my love for Fresh’s Lip Balm.. Well, IT’s Lip Vitality Lipstick in Je Ne Sais Quoi/Your Perfect Pink has really given me a lot to consider in regards to a new fav lip balm/stick! I am in love with this! It is super moisturizing, and makes your lips feel so soft! I like how it appears clear in the tube, but adjusts to your body chemistry to make a perfect pink for your skin tone.
Totally agree: IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Illumination is SO, SO good. It lasts forever, barely creases, and really brightens things up.
I trust your opinion, @krista , and if you say this is the best, I’m buying it! I loved the original Bye Bye Under Eye– in fact, it was the first IT Cosmetics product I ever used– and can’t wait to see what a little illumination does to the formula.
I want to check out the “perfect pink” lippie, too. Sephora, here I come!
The illuminating formula is so much better than the original, imo. And you can’t even see any shimmer or anything, it’s just brightening. It’s like it adds an actual touch of light. All I can say is it’s pure magic, @turboterp!
