@tyna, I am SO ready to go razor-free! I have shaved daily since I was the age of nine. I cannot bear hair on my legs, under my arms, or even on my arms. Unfortunately, years of “practice” has still not spared me from cuts and nicks, especially when I am going out somewhere special (dressed to “the nines” with toilet paper and/or bandaids covering my wounds). Thank you SO MUCH for this wonderful tip!
I’ve been doing it for years, but I’m pretty bad at shaving. I’ve given myself some pretty wicked scars from shaving incidents (seriously). And while I love a good deal, I’ve been worried about the quality of some of the places running them. Zendyplace sounds like it’s a good combination of being reasonably priced but good quality (because my legs don’t need any more hair-removal trauma).
Hmmmm… This looks like a GREAT idea, but I don’t like that I can’t pick/choose the salon I want to use. I can’t even find a list of approved providers on the site! I’ve had bad experiences at salons with supposedly fantastic reputations (and wonderful experiences at hole in the wall salons) but it appears that if my offer was “accepted” by one of those salons I would be forced to take it or lose the money. Maybe a way to specify preferred salons?
