Is Mason Pearson worth the hype?

Question of the Week: What was the last product you purchased due to hype, that ended up truly living up to it?
Answer: I have wanted a Mason Pearson brush FOREVER. The iconic British hand-crafted hairbrush has been around since 1885, and converts swear of its almost otherworldly ability to make hair look amazing. The secret? The boar bristles help to gently distribute natural oils through your hair. The fancy bonus? It comes with its own brush to clean it. Yes, a hairbrush that comes with a brush. If that’s not fancy, I don’t know what is.
I finally made the leap and used a Bluemercury gift card I received to get one. It feels great in my hand and it feels great on my hair. And my hair absolutely looks better when I use it. There’s less static, it gives me smooth volume and there’s less hair in the brush afterwards, so it really is more gentle.
Worth every single cent!
