Question of the Week: Which eyeshadow palettes have you been reaching for the most lately?
Answer: There’s three and they all have fabulous greens in them:
• Hourglass Modernist in Color Field ($58) has rich olive green
• Clarins Garden Escape ($45) has soft sage greens
• MAC Toledo Bellgreens ($44) is all about that chartreuse.
Ok, my green obsession out of the way, let’s see what happened this week with the league…

Guest Post of the Week, as chosen by Beauty Junkies Unite – I love reading The Small Things Blog, Kate’s hair tutorials make me feel like I can accomplish (almost) anything with my fine hair. I like this “Lived-in Waves Tutorial”, because it helps create a relaxed, yet polished look that stays put all day. And now I really want the curling iron she’s using!

No palettes for me as of late…do duos count? :) I’ve been reaching for my frequently used NARS Alhambra duo. It’s just so easy to use!
Definitely my favorite is Tarte’s Rainforest after Dark. I actually use every color. Perfect for brown eyes like mine!
Don’t you love when you actually use EVERY shade in a palette!? And tarte is at the top of my list lately too!
Naked II is my fav but I am seriously eyeballing the new Tarte Palette!
I finally picked up Naked III and have been mixing it up with Naked II. They are just such versatile palettes. I also have my eye on the new Tarte palette. It is soooo pretty!!
Oh and I die every time I see the new Hourglass Modernist. Oh my!! So pretty!!
Me too! It’s SO gorgeous, if it was a print I’d totally put it on my wall!!!
My God! That chartreuse! I want babies with it.
These palettes are all gorgeous!! The Hourglass one is to die for!
My go to favorite of late is the tarte Tartelette Palette – so great for easy everyday looks – and a nice range of pretty neutrals.
I’ve been all over the place! I’ve been using the various Naked and Vice palettes, the Too Faced holiday palettes, and my depotted MAC shadows.
I’ve been gravitating towards my Tarte Matte palette–it’s just really flattering and doesn’t take a lot of work and I’ve been incredibly lazy with my makeup lately.
