All that and more in The Lipstick League, week of 4.6.15

What you’re seeing above is a Blow Dry Game Changer. The L’Oreal Blow Dry It trio is impressive. The Longwear Blow Out Spray is a dry shampoo that extends the life of your blow out and the Thermal Smoother Cream tames flyaways and keeps it looking smooth.

But it’s the Quick Dry Primer Spray ($4.99) that I’m in love with because it does exactly what it claims: cuts down on dry time and protects hair from heat. All that for under 5 bucks! Plus, anything that can get me away from my hairdryer faster is a Godsend in my eyes. I’d say this cuts down my usual 20 minute dry time by AT LEAST 5 minutes.

If you have thick hair that takes forever to dry, you’re welcome.

Let’s see what happened with the League this week, shall we?

  1. I would LOVE to dry the quick dry…I’m always out the door with a wet head or a partial dry. I will assuredly be picking this up at the very next drugstore visit! Tonight, even…

  2. I need it! And the price is right, too! Even though I recently lopped off most of my hair (donated about 12″ of it, leaving me with a slightly longer than chin length bob), it still takes FOREVER for me to blow dry my hair because it’s so thick. So glad this will help.

  3. Unless it’s below zero and I have to be somewhere in a hurry, it takes me exactly 0 minutes to blowdry ;-).

It’s nonetheless very useful to know there is a primer that will reduce the time I have to spend doing something I really hate, when I do have to do it! L’Oréal to the rescue (again – they do good hair products in general imo).
