That and more in The Lipstick League, week of 11.16.15
Question of the Week: What product are you most thankful for right now?
Answer: I had quite the shopping spree last week (as the photo shows). I’m LOVING everything you see, but the most unassuming product is what I’m most thankful for: Kevyn Aucoin The Precision Brow Pencil in Brunette ($26). The tip is so tiny, allowing you to make small, hair-like strokes for very realistic brows. It’s brow-changing!
Also shown is:
• Kevyn Aucoin Pure Powder Glow in Natura ($37) – which I’m pretty sure was made by angels, because it’s the prettiest golden nude I’ve ever see.
• Kevyn Aucoin Eye Pigment Primatif in Horizon ($48) – a putty-like cream shadow, Horizon is a peachy champagne.
• Viseart Paris Nudes Palette ($80) – I can’t bring myself to even use this yet, it’s too gorgeous!
• Lauren B. Beauty Mulholland Drive nail polish ($18) – a blue-kissed deep purple. Very excited to try more from this line, the color range is amazing (and blue heavy, which makes me happy.)
• Tom Ford Sweet Mystery lipstick ($49) – My very first Tom Ford lipstick, not to be my last. Sweet Mystery is a nude champagne.

Thanks for the brow pencil recommendation, @stef! I’m looking for my holy grail and Kevyn Aucoin really can do no wrong.
I’m currently thankful for NARS VIP Red. I’m paler than usual this year and that red is the pop of color my face needs so I’m not accidentally mistaken for the walking dead. It wears extremely well and after I eat, I still have an excellent stain going on.
I am, and have always been thankful for my Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage concealer. Without it I would look like I just stepped out of a horror movie. Thank you, Laura…thank you
That Tom Ford–excuse me while I drool! I am thankful for Two Faced Born This Way foundation–such a great formula and an easy way to ensure my skin looks nice.
I am thankful for my Laura Mercier Primer, which I am loving, it really helps my face just look more polished once all my makeup is on.
I’m currently most thankful for my It Brow grooming pencil. It has the nicest color that perfectly matches me & a great brush at the other end. Perfection.
