  1. I love the idea to pack your makeup bag for the week–gonna try that! Right now my summer face is pretty low key–Tarte tinted treatment face primer, Body Shop cheek stain, mascara, fill in eyebrows, and this wonderful highlighter: it’s a Pocahontas one from Walgreens and it was a whopping three bucks, but it gives such an easy glow.

  2. I go through phases where I wear the same thing over and over and then a couple weeks later, I completely mix things up. Currently I’m using BareMinerals Complexion Rescue in Opal (I love this product!), Benefit Girl Meets Pearl to highlight, Too Faced Brownie eyebrow pencil, Lancome Blush Subtil in Blushing Nude, lippie in Sugared Maple (gwp time!), Chanel Prelude eye shadow quad, Burberry Effortless Kohl liner in Chestnut Brown, and Kevyn Aucoin Volume Mascara. So, 8 products right now.

  3. I’m like @krista I go through phases too, but right now its my Lather Grapeseed Face Oil, Eucerin SPF, Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation, Benefit Dandelion blush, Tarte Lights Camera Lashes, and Korres lip butter.. which I love so much!!
    So 6 for me :)
ps…Krista Im totally looking up the BareMinerals Complexion Rescue in Opal sounds awesome!!

    1. @christy –You’re a pale gal like me, so you’ll love it! It’s one of those rare products that doesn’t skew too pink or too orange, it’s *just right*. I buff it on with a tight-bristled flat brush (this one: http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod12581005) and my skin looks perfect and yet doesn’t look made up at all. It has reduced the redness in my skin and eliminates the look of pores. I haven’t even had to use concealer with it because the coverage is so good and neutralizes red really well. My skin just looks glow-y and perfect–even my dentist commented on it and you know she sees faces up close all day long!

  4. Oh jeez, I usually use a lot. For a super pared down look/weekend look/rushing from barre3 to work look (my minimum):
-two shades of tinted moisturizer, mixed to make the correct shade (my skin tone darkens so quickly in the sun, so two shades is definitely necessary)
-bronzer (usually either MAC or IT Cosmetics)
    -brow powder
    -mascara
    -lipgloss

Usually I’ll throw on a little highlighter, concealer and/or eyeliner as well.
